The EXPOMIN 2010 organization has developed an efficient action plan that is carried out during the 5 months preceding the exhibition.  It consists of:

Regional tours

They are organized primarily to bring together, and to motivate professionals and technicians from Mining Supplies and Production Companies to visit Chile’s Regions I through VI.  These professionals will be our VIP guests, and will receive distinctive credentials for easy identification on site.  They will also be kept informed via email newsletters with lists of exhibitors, their innovations, and program activities that will run at the time as the Exposition.

Webcast

www.EXPOMIN.cl has a section to promote all products and services exhibited at the show.  Information should be sent to us in texts of up to 1000 characters, and photos in jpg format - 300 dpi, to prensa@fisa.cl.  The website will be included in all advertising media campaigns for visitors.

Printed and On-line Catalogue

Everything offered at this event is included in a printed catalogue that is available to visitors.  The catalog will also be on-line at www.EXPOMIN.cl for the 3 months following the exhibition in order to keep in touch with business contacts and potential clients that visit the website.

Information in the Visitor’s Brochure

Your company and the location of your stand will be advertised in 15000 free brochures that are distributed to all points of information on the event grounds.
 
Press Center

The FISA/EXPOMIN Communications and Press Staff collaborates with the needs of national and international journalists attending the event, putting an office in place with all the necessary equipment for communications and coverage of this important event.  Our staff will also convene, direct, and alert all media personnel as to any changes that may arise in this exhibition.

Visitor’s Tour Campaign

Regional tours are promoted to invite and motivate professionals specifically from mining companies.  There is also an efficient media plan in place to gather private and public sector professionals linked to the industry.   Newspapers, magazines, radio, high-visibility public ads, website, and email information to our database of 100000 contacts, are among the means that the campaign utilizes.  These will determine the attendance of professionals from different parts of our country.
